Nancy Loucas
Public Health Policy Expert and Executive Coordinator
CAPHRA

Nancy Loucas founded Paraclete Associates in April 2018. She used her experience as a community and consumer advocate to build similar organizations to reach their full potential by providing mentoring and strategic planning, analysis and guidance in submissions and white paper documentation.

Loucas is co-founder and director of Aotearoa Vapers Community Advocacy (AVCA) in New Zealand. Founded in 2015 with a group of four other vapers, AVCA works closely with colleagues worldwide, educating the public by providing them with objective information, scientific research and policy updates as well as reviews that affect all consumers of vape and safer nicotine products.

Loucas is also executive coordinator for the Coalition of Asia Pacific Tobacco Harm Reduction Advocates (CAPHRA). The CAPHRA is the collective voice of nicotine consumer organizations in eleven countries throughout the Asia-Pacific region. It also provides support and guidance to individuals in the region who advocate for access to and choice of safer nicotine products.
