Henry Armour became president and CEO of NACS (the global trade association representing the convenience and fuel retailing industry) in 2005, having served as the association’s chairman in 2002 and 2003.

Armour has also served as a testifying expert and consultant, focusing on litigation issues relating to marketing practices in the petroleum and retail areas as a director with the Law and Economics Consulting Group. He has testified on numerous occasions before Congress and state legislatures. He has served on numerous boards of directors includingt hose of NACS, nData (a digital settlement software company), and the National Advisory Group, and he chairs the board of TruAge (a digital age verification platform).

Armour earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Stanford University, a master’s degree in economics from the London School of Economics, and a master’s degree in business administration as well as a doctorate in economics from Stanford University.
